Reason for Becoming an Attorney:
From an early age, I believed that everyone deserves fairness, respect, and access to justice. Becoming an attorney gave me the opportunity to stand up for individuals facing difficult circumstances and help hold negligent parties accountable. My goal has always been to advocate for people who need someone in their corner, and that commitment continues to shape every case I handle.
Personal Story:
My passion for personal injury law began by witnessing how ordinary people could be overwhelmed by powerful insurance companies, corporations, and complex legal systems. I realized that many injured individuals simply needed someone willing to fight for their rights and ensure their voices were heard. That realization inspired me to dedicate my career to helping injury victims navigate challenging times with confidence. Today, I remain committed to providing compassionate guidance, strong advocacy, and trusted legal representation so every client knows they have someone fighting for their best interests from start to finish.
Professional Experience
After being admitted to the Georgia Bar in 1977, Daniel J. Saxton established his own law practice in Norcross, Georgia. During the early years of his career, he represented clients in a broad range of legal matters, including criminal defense, family law, real estate, contracts, bankruptcy, and personal injury. As his experience grew, he chose to focus his practice on personal injury law, where he believed he could make the greatest difference in the lives of injured individuals and their families. By 2015, his practice was dedicated exclusively to personal injury cases, and in 2016, he expanded the firm by bringing together attorneys and legal professionals who shared his commitment to providing compassionate, client-focused representation for injury victims across Georgia.

accidents, truck crashes, premises liability, and other negligence-based claims. With decades
